Let's Ask Us Questions

HOW LONG DOES EACH COMMISSION TAKES TO FINISHED?

The estimated turnaround time for commissions is approximately 2 to 4 weeks, dependent on the complexity of the request and my availability during that period. I highly recommend securing your holiday season commissions as soon as possible to avoid potential delays due to high demand.

WHEN DO YOU PAY FOR YOUR COMMISSION?

Upon booking your commission, a 40% initial down payment is required. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the final revision.

HOW MANY REVISIONS WILL THERE BE?

Throughout the artistic process, there are three distinct stages at which approval and revision can be discussed to review progress and exchange ideas: after the completion of the pencil drawing, upon reaching 40% completion of the painting, and when the painting is 80% complete. It's important to note that not all revision requests may be feasible, particularly when the painting is nearing completion. I strive to maintain open communication to the greatest extent possible.

CAN I CANCEL MY COMMISSION?

Once the art process has commenced, the initial down payment becomes non-refundable. However, you have the option to cancel your commission before the third revision.

HOW WILL MY FINISHED PAINTING BE DELIVERED?

Upon completion of your commission, you will first receive a digital scan of the finished painting. Subsequently, the original artwork will be treated with sealant to safeguard the paint and paper from fading. The original artwork will then be dispatched to you via mail, along with a tracking number for your reference.

WILL I HAVE THE OPTION OF UPGRADING TO A CUSTOM MATTING AND FRAME?

Yes, we offer the option to upgrade to custom matting and framing for your artwork. While I do not personally handle framing, upon your request, we will arrange for your finished original artwork to be sent to a local trusted frame shop for custom framing according to your specifications. The cost of the custom framing will be provided to you upfront, with no hidden costs.
